Incompetence of note!

You are now reversing a claim for my son dated 6 oct 2021. We both saw the ent specialist.. you refused to pay mine now u r reversing the claim paid for my son. Why why why? According to the letter you gave meth regards to my cms query you advised you would pay my ent visit. Why are you reversing my sons visit? That was not the issue!!!! Wow do you not see the impact you are making on our lives? You have just a total disregard for anyone. You dont care how your incompetence has affected members by doing this. If you cannot do a simple reversal and reprocessing of a claim it really boggles the mind how you have so many members but yet you are this ***********.when looking at a claim do u not see the member name..dependant code..***.. and date of birth that all these differ and that possibility could be that 2 members saw the same dr on the same day!!! Wow this is not rocket science man really!!!!!
