Incompetence
Why am I still with thus scheme????you never pay claims on time queries gets sorted 2 weeks later I submitted my daughters padetrician claim which she consulted on 25 August 2022,I sent the claim on the 26th to medshield, today the 3rd September I get a email saying no payment made Remark Code 93 meaning treatment date is in the future...what year are we in??? 2021,I rechecked my statement and the dates is clear in black and white. Now I must resubmit and wait another 2 weeks for incompetence..this is happening after medshield refused to pay my dental surgeon upfront..even today I'm in pain
