Incapable of making payments

Medshield gave PMB Authorisation for an operation on my son. On the Authorisation the full amount for the doctor was listed to be paid. The operation was 28/11/2025. As of today 04/08/2025 Medshield has not been able to make the payment. They pay and reverse. They paid R5574 from my Savings Benefit as well. Why can Medshield not make a PMB benefit payment? I attach the approval letter with every email. ***. Member no: ***. This is unacceptable service!!!
