I went for ryes surgery at lesedi clinic on the 29th October and I had a prescription for medication and went to the hospital pharmacy and was told copayment is 270, so I didn’t take it because I had no cash with me, the following day my aunt went to collect the medication and to her surprise she was told copayment is 400, she refused to pay it and supervisor intervened and she paid the 270, now I sent numerous emails to Medshield to give the exact copayment amount and till today no feedback and I wonder if there is a copayment, I find it unprofessional and no sense of urgency to my query, I even attached the script but no one is responding, very poor service
