I want answers

I went to the casualty ward this morning, just to be told that they cant help me because the casualty ward does not fall under my plan. I mean ***. I had an emergency and i could not be helped. Why do you pay for medical aid if you cant even be helped in an emergency!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic.
