How many Dental claims not paid.
Hi Another Dental claim not paid: Provider going to hand me over. Date of service 24/11/2018 for Patient Sandra Mcnamee- authorization for the crown was approved still account was not paid: member: I cannot understand why it was never sorted. ********** 84457 Code 8019 / code 8110 / 8145/ 9563 was not paid Code 9563 is a valid code.
