horrible service

We have been on medshield about 6 years, always had problems with the. Debid order and they deduct money 2 times a month, even worse 2014 I got pregnant with my second baby we wanted to cancel but found out we were expecting, so we stayed with them, since then we only had problems they deduct 2 times a month and sent us emails informing us the medical aid has been suspended and the list of very bad service goes on, we pay way to much for this **** service and we are just fed up with them, its not worth the money to stay with them, i would rather go to another medical aid that knows what they are doing. Shame on you medshield shame on you!!!!!<br>
