Horrible customer service

Medshield has become a serious joke No one understands what's happening there anymore I have had Medshield for over 10 years There was noo issues now all of a sudden People working there don't know how to process claims I called Medshield in May 2023 for orthodontist authorisation for my child They said me I must forward the quotation from the dentist I did that

Ever since may nothing has been done

I published a review on hellow peter And a lady by the name of CAROL at the complaints department called me and said me she wil handle the matter and help me forward she called me 2 times

There after she forgot that I had a complain and she never bother to contact me

I called in and she refused to talk to me saying that they waiting feed back Eventually when I called she said oh she needs to check call records Are u serious Carol at complaints

U told me u going to process my claim

I have payed the orthodontist and now u guys refuse to pay me back There after she said forward documents to Denise which I did and the approved my authorisation

Now what is Medshield waiting for I need my money back Stop being *****s and lying to us We are battling in this country to make ends meet But u guys are ever ready to rob us of the little we have left
