History repeats itself

We joined Medshield and disclosed that we have chronic conditions. So, with chronic conditions, one would think that that common knowledge will apply whereby a patient with such conditions, will have to go back to his/ her GP to go and get repeat scripts. I was now advised that repeat scripts is an exclusion but now my following question is, why was all my previous repeat scripts paid???? Medshield seems to have double standards.
