Heartless

My pregnant wife has been sent from pillar to post regarding her scheduled c-section in the third trimester of her pregnancy. How heartless do you have to be drag your feet with someone that could go into labour at any time, but she now has to continuously worry if she will even have cover if she goes to labour all because someone didn't do their job.

Medshield has been aware of my wife's pregnancy from the time she was 3 months pregnant, but only now when she is 3 weeks from giving birth do they see it feet to have run up and down like a headless chicken.
