I would like to say thank you to Medshield staff members more especially Victoria Malapa and her team, in 2018 was Pregnant and my option was only covered for hospitals far from were I stay so I complained at medshield and they agreed to cover me at Zamokuhle private hospital as it is the nearest. 100% full cover and thanks to Victoria who assisted me and her team to make it possible, I was very stressed when I thought of giving birth in public hospital But I thank Victoria for her first call which gave me hope that all shall be well and indeed it went well .I am on mediphila option and now I enjoy this option because even for hospitalization it covers me and my family at Zamokuhle and also thanks to Victoria Malapa. she`s a good person who listens and put herself in another persons shoes and she go extra mile into making sure you are a happy client. I am happy with Medshield thus far and I would recommend it to my friends and family as its even affordable.
