Great options, excellent service!

I was with Medshield a few years ago and was lured away by Fedhealth with their misleading 'cheaper' options. That was a joke - an absolute waste of money plus incredible incompetence. I returned to Medshield, and have never looked back. Recently I had a few medical shocks, but Medshield has been by my side throughout. The consultants are professional, helpful and treat your requests with urgency. Pity I cannot remember the name of the last consultant i spoke to, coz I want her to know she's amazing- she escalated my complex query and I got a positive resolution within two days (in contrast, a simple queries I had at Fedhealth took weeks and multiple follow-ups from me, and with negative outcomes). I will never leave Medshield- you should be the SA medical aid industry's no 1 scheme. For people out there, go to www.rehealth.co.za to compare- you wont' find anything better!
