Great customer service

It has been a long time since I gave a compliment on customer service received. This was my first time using your service however I was blown away with the service I received from both Darren and Raymond on the 07th August 2023. The agents were both friendly and very efficient and resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes (I am not exaggerating). I do hope that the company will acknowledge the great service they provide to the clients and non-members and reward them accordingly.
