Garnish order not carried out as should as per court

I have taken documents to the company 3 times for HR to carry out a garnish order in March 2021. Got through the second time sending an officer. He then got the docs signed off to send back to to court, I then got it back to court and then was told to tske it back to the company again to prove it was signed off from court.. The officer was told at the company when he brings it back they will just click a button and then the garnish order will be put through. The officer then went back and no HR was available. I then called to get through to Tebogo Zinyana which signed the documents. I could not get through to her for a very long time. Then asked a consultant for her email address. I then sent her an email on the 6Aug..waited to see if garnish order was sent through.. Nothing.. Got no response. Called again no HR available. I waited to see if the garnish order was sent through. It was not sent through. These documents was signed from court all medshield HR had to do was click of a button..i would like for this to be addressed with the CEO of there HR department because I cannot get through to any one in HR.
