Medshield will pass you back and forth until you physically want to pull you hair out. I have been in and out of doctors rooms all year, not to mention the hospitals. All I've done all year is fight for every single little thing with Medshield. From telling me that a doctors visit to my bed in hospital does not fall under hospital charges to they don't cover medication for anemia. I thought nearly getting handed over for unpaid bills to the hospital was bad but what happened next is the straw that absolutely breaks the camels back. I have impacted wisdom teeth, the sympathy I have received from your call center agents is beyond shocking. One even told me that \in her opinion"my condition wasn't serious and I should just find another solution. Would love to see her medical degree. After a denial for admission originally it took a few emails for Denis / Medshield to realize that teeth that wearing away at your jaw is a little serious. Now Denis has given me authorization for tomorrows surgery but your increasingly rude call center agents just keep telling me to call Denis and Denis keeps telling me to call Medshield. Not five working days"
