FRUSTRATED CLIENT

Medshield is ripping me off with their outsourcing of services. When I joined in 2017 my optical overall limit was R1550 and there was also a benefit of an eye test separate from that amount and then 2018 it went to R1640 and still there was a separate benefit for the eye test. And come 2022 I only get R836 and R540 for the eye test. And this comes with subject to overall annual limit and when I asked the outsourced company they referred me to Medshield, I call Medshield and they tell me they will do a conference call to try and understand these benefits with no explanation for the overall annual limit. My question is how is it that my limit has gone down from R1600 to R800 over a period of 4years. This is unacceptable because everything is going up.
