Flue vaccine not covered while the brochure says its covered I am not happy at all
I am not happy with the feedback I received wen I went to clicks to get flue vaccine with my family, I was told flue vaccine not covered on my medical aid while the brochure say a member has 1 flue vaccine per year,we are sold false information and wen we need assistance we are told its under exclusion

09 May 2022, 14:34i really not satisfied with respond that i get from your consultant ,telling me that my husband is not covered on flue vaccine because he has waiting period on Hyper tension hoe does hyper tension and flue vaccine related, now i am starting to get angry as we are paying for something which doesn't help us
