Flabbergasted by Medshield’s unwillingness to settle my medication and medical bills. They take people for granted. They need to be reported.

I’m not happy with the response that I received from Medshield Medical Scheme today.I requested for someone from MedShield medical scheme to call me and no one is willing to do that. They are avoiding me because they refuse to pay for anything. I’m really disappointed and angry with MedShield’s unprofessional and weak service.

I’m expecting MedShield Medical Scheme to call me as early as tomorrow morning on *** or else I’m going to cancel my membership tomorrow afternoon. I’m being serious. I’m tired of being ****med by MedShield Medical Scheme. They are ****** who just want to sponge money out of your account monthly and then they don’t assist in times of need. I mean right now, I was booked off work for a slight cold and the doctor prescribed medication. MedShield couldn’t even pay for flu medication. That is actually pathetic to say the least.

I hear that other members are also complaining about MedShield’s insensitivity to people’s lives and health. I’m honestly tired of dealing with this shady medical scheme. Someone from MedShield must call me because the email response they gave me has not resolved my issue. I’m expecting a call tomorrow morning or else I’ll cancel my membership tomorrow.
