EXPLAIN THE NON-PAYMENT FOR CONSULTING A GP

Can Medshield explain why they can't pay for my daughters consultation to her GP, since she is still waiting for a reply regarding an authorization for her operation. She needed medication to suppress the pain so long she awaits her fate. And now her consultation cannot be paid. I was given a three month waiting period, now that's over and first month as an active member I am given problems.
