EXPLAIN THE NON-PAYMENT FOR CONSULTING A GP

Can Medshield explain why they can't pay for my daughters consultation to her GP, since she is still waiting for a reply regarding an authorization for her operation. She needed medication to suppress the pain so long she awaits her fate. And now her consultation cannot be paid. I was given a three month waiting period, now that's over and first month as an active member I am given problems.

Good day

As per scheme records, we only have 2 consultations for dependant 03 from Dr Mafeelane and Dr Makobela, which have been paid in accordance to scheme rules to the respective providers.

There is no unpaid consultations from a General Practitioner as per scheme records.

We trust you find the above in order.

Yours sincerely,

Medshield
