exiting dependent benefits
<p>i have an appointmnet to do my optical lenses thusday and i would like to knoe if i have access to all my benefit limits as i will be removed from the membership at the end of month as i have been to the pharmacy for a flu vac cine and it rejected with a error to dependend invalid.</p> <p> </p> <p>i need to be assured that my full benefits are available </p> <p> </p> <p>thank you </p>

With reference to you complaint kindly be advised that you benefits are still valid until the termination date, claims received will be subject to available Optical benefits and scheme protocols. I cannot pick up any flu Vaccine claims received by the scheme.
