Exceptional Great Service received from Dunyiswa Mnyande

I don't know where to start! Dunyiswa Mnyande is One person that will go out of her way to making sure that a Client's query is resolved to the client's . I've started dealing with Dunyiswa way back in 2019 and had to change medical aid due to employment in 2020 and in 2023 had to change again when I realized she's still working at Medshield, I didn't think twice of rejoining the Scheme with such a GREAT Consultant I knew that I'll be treated with RESPECT, FRIENDLINESS and mostly PROFESSIONALISM. To this day I've never had an issue I'd call or fuming I mean literally spitting and she will be listening and assure me that my issue will be resolved. The Empoyer was taking long to register us and having a sickly child I took it upon myself as I couldn't go a day without a Medical Aid. I contacted Dunyiswa and guess what, the next day I was registered on the medical aid, I wasn't surprised cause I knew I was in Good Hands. She also assisted with my registration of my chronic medication and had it delivered the same day, mind you it was not Her job but she ensured my query was resolved on time. I told my colleagues to also join the Scheme because of her Customer-centricity and they did I would call her for anything I wasn't sure of and she'd assist with PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
