Ex Gratia application dental procedures
I have app**** for ex gratia beginning of September for urgent health nescessary work to be done with my teeth and still no response, no follow up, NOTHING!!
My day to day are depleted and obviously denture work is really expensive and I don't need it done to look pretty, I need it done for my health. I can't chew food which affect my digestive system severely.
The dentist did give his motivation in the ex gratia forms and so did I.
I pay my contrubutions every month,I did misuse or abuse the medical aid either!!
