What a **** of a medical aid. I have R3000 savings left in my account and every claiism that I make for OTC medication. I wanted to buy Vitamins, no they dont cover Vitamins, Needed pro-biotics, no not covered by Medshield, fell and hurt my hip and needed Transact patches - no Medshiled dont cover any topical medicines OTC- So what the actual FC$%K do you cover with MY savings that I pay for every month - I am resigning today and moving and and I doubt whether this will bother you, but this is totally unacceptable and I will be reporting you.
