Bad Service from Dimakatso Lekgothoane and Diana Valentine.

I've pleaded with the medical aid scheme to change the start date to the 1 of Feb and I have given them enough time to do so. Now I am being told that they are unable to.. I mean, what am I suppose to do in the meantime?? wait for them to deduct money that's not there? You guys don't care about customers and I will not recommend your medical aid to anyone. I will go to Facebook and make sure that no one signs up with you. You are just in the money making business , that 's all.
