Do not treat Medshield Patients

The service we are getting from Medshield is worse than ****!!!! The incompetence of their consultants and the lies!!!! Wow… i plea to all Healthcare providers to refrain in rendering services to Medshield Patients.

We given our services to a Medshield patient that was in ICU admitted. Medshield is busy giving us invalid authorisation numbers. Claims are being rejected and when you call them they send you from one consultant to another!!!

And its not the first time im writting a review about them…. They will only send an email of acknowledge by this Queen Radebe then nothing is been done to solve our query!!!!
