Do not take medical aid with medshield

This is the worst medical aid i ve ever had to deal with. They wanted me to pay monthly contributions yet for 3 months they wont provide cover. Then they imposed a year waiting period on my asthma even though ive been on medical aid for the past ten years. Do not deal with medshield. They are still telling me i have to pay even though i cancelled it. Their customer service is terrible as well.
