Distasteful and agonizing scheme. 25years loyal client, treated unfairly.

My agony and painful experience continues with my scheme. After being a member for over 20 years with your company and experiencing unfair & unjust treatment. I'm currently in recovery from a life threatening illness that I encountered in December 2022 and ungergoing countless of surgeries in Jan 2023. The pain that comes with not being able to rely on my scheme for effortless transition causes me distress and alters my medical condition due to stress received. You refused to pay costs with reason claiming "only ladies under the age of 21 years are commonly known". So as a pensioner who has no control of illnesses that affect my body, that a doctor diagnosed me... how am I being excluded for cover for the above reason. Its absolutely aggravating and makes no sense whatsoever!! UNUSED & UNCLAIMED FUNDS OVER THE YEARS ARE NOT EVEN TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION!!!!
