dissapointing service
I joined the scheme last year june, the service was excellent, but my problem started in October after I gave birth to my 1st born son, according to the email I received after I asked the procedure to register a new born,I was told I have 60days to register from d.o.b must email the birth certificate, due to admin problems at the hospital I received the b.c on the 19/11, while waiting for certificate I took my son for a 10days check up, the claim was not paid for said the baby was not registered, ok I understand, when I got the certificate I immediately sent it to them, got an email confirming the registration,we have changed bank accounts I notified the scheme I was told to fill the form attached and send it back to them, my printer is broken I'm unable to do that cause I'm still indoors culture issues, I notified the scheme again was advised to pay in cash, I did so for Nov nd Dec to my surprise I receive an email saying my benefits have been suspended, due to return debit order, I emailed to ask why, they called and said I should have paid for my son for nov nd Dec, I don't mind paying but why wasn't I notified I pay R1700 instead of 1266 that was sent via email on the 4th?
