Disgusting Service i want my money back

I took my daughter to the doctor on the 02 Feb and i ended up paying R900 bare in mind am paying medical aid monthly. I send them an email to claim on the 07 which was last week Friday and they kept quite today am calling them and they have the nerve that it was rejected they have no audacity to tell me it was rejected and why. I want my R900 in full and am cancelling this stupid and useless Medical aid. Am being told by ATOSSA that i will not get the full refund i will only get R300 i don't know if they taking advantage because am black and because of my age
