DISGUSTING, NON-EXISTENT SERVICE. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been a member of this scheme for over 20 years and have never been sick nor admitted. At my old age, being a pensioner and having a life-threatening illness, my "so trusting" scheme is missing in action and not covering procedures completed at NETCARE then when I pay from my own pocket and submit claim, each consultant's I've spoken too from Kgomotso, Themba and Lele are claiming they are unable to open simple PDF document, which is not a rocket science... I've sent countless emails with no response from the team. Absolutely shocking and disheartning.
