Disgusted by Medshield worst Medical aid

Medshield is the worst Medical aid!!!My husband needs a neck disc replacement and the medical aid refused to authorise even though he is a PMB. He is currently at home suffering from pain and his arms are numb but the medical aid still refuses to even give authorization for his stay in hospital and for the surgery!!! Every month we pay thousands of rands for this useless medical aid for what!!!! Our next stop is the medical board! There is no way im going to leave this and just pay the hospital bills because of a medical aid that do not look after their patients!!!
