Disappointed member

I'm very disappointed in medshield currently I have my daughter on my medical aid of which i pay adult rates she recently had a baby which is born onto the scheme I have submitted all outstanding document and affidavit that baby will and is residing and my fully financially responsible and a on the baby birth certificate I have mentioned that the baby daddy has not been present and does reflect on the birth certificate and on the affidavit together with my daughters bank statement showing she receives a SASSA grant of R370 how long does this take to get done
