Disappointed ***

I'm highly disappointed with the service I have received from this medical aid. I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant with twins and I transfered to Medsheild from the month of December 2021 due to my finances. When I did the application, the person that was assisting me was clearly told that I'm currently pregnant but do some reason that was not stated on the application when she was completing it. I would like for someone to listen to the sales recording to confirm that I did disclose my pregnancy status. I currently cannot give birth due to this issue and this is affecting my health status. I have been paying the medical aid every month without fail. Even my gynea claims have been paid throughout. Today I'm due for a c-section and medical aid has refused to pay for my admission. I need this to be resolved soon. As I stated. I'm pregnant with twins and I'm currently overdue. Someone needs to contact me and sort this out. I also find it very unprofessional that the medical aid would send me up and down to my GP for information that is not relevant in getting the authorization.
