Disappointed

I am so disappointed in Medshield, I joined the medical aid last month before the 15th, so because I get paid early I advised that I would make a cash payment of which I did on the 15th, then 2 weeks later I got a sms saying I would be debited on the 1st of June. I emailed credit control and advised them of my pay date that I pay on the 15th, they asked for a bank statement for 3 months of which I emailed to them. They emailed back and said they have updated my debit details to the 15th of June, this morning I got a email and sms saying medical aid is now suspended. I don't understand why they didn't explain that even when I pay on the 15th I would need to pay again on the 1st that's literally 2 weeks apart. Right now I am sitting without medical aid
