Disappointed

What a bad experience I had today My husband needs emergency surgery The medical aid said our plan does not cover The op and that we should upgrade it I phoned to upgrade it and the said no They only do upgraded in Nov So we should just le someone die because you Only do upgrades in November This is pathetic
