Disappointed
<p>Everymonth tlyou are expected to pay the medical aid but when u need the service. it is never available because you cant use the doctor you registered. i registered a doctor 17/10/2016 and when i needed to use the doctor on 30/11/2016. i was informed the doctor is not approved. always getting problems when they need to renter a service. definetly looking for a different medical aid</p>

As per scheme records Dr Kaskar (practice number ***) is your preferred General Practitioner.
It should be noted Dr Omar is not registered on the MediPhila Network. On behalf of the scheme I sincerely do apologise for the incorrect information provided to yourself on the 17/10/2016.
However we have noted, that there are no GP’S registered on the MediPhila Network in the Western Cape region. The scheme has agreed that you may go to a GP of your choice, however upon submitting the claim to the scheme for payment, you need to advise the scheme accordingly. Kindly note, the claim will only be paid at MediPhila GP rates as per option.
