DENIS IS A USELESS COMPANY

Can someone please explain to me why DENIS does your dentistry authorization because they are absolutely pathetic!! Why has Medshield's contract with this pathetic company also not allow us to contact them directly?? They take forever to authorize or decline based on a time frame for a crown which cannot be fixed in a five year period. They happily ask for more motivation to be submitted which costs Medshield more money!! Why the five year wait? Does any dentist guarantee his work or material used for a crown for five years? Is there a hidden agenda with the time frame taken to authorize because Medshield and DENIS want you to suffer in pain and leave you no other option but to pay the dentist directly and therefore saving Medshield a payout?? Medshield there must be a better company than this? DENIS has taken a week and a half to authorize nothing because I am still waiting.
