Declined procedure

An important proceedure was ordered by my cardiologist to monitor my heartand was completely declined by you....would Medshield rather have their clients have heart attacks and end up in hospital?? Ive tried getting through to the departmert for authorizations but thats impossible...if I email they will just start send emails that enquiry is being attended to fro so many months that you cant remember what you originally enquied about
