Declined Hospital approval
My Wife has extreme back pain for 2 months now. we tried to get authorization for her to be admitted to hospital with a letter from the doctor, this took 9 days, someone could die in between. then the authorization was for a week before so it meant diddly. We then got a back specialist to see her and he recommended a Fusion. this authorization was declined due to it not being life threatening none of this was brought o my attention when i signed up. About 3 years ago my wife had a procedure done on her back and she did not have any problems since until now, the medical claims this is a pre existing condition ,Huh? My wife is in permanent pain for 6 weeks now and could end up paralyzed if not treated. the medical just seem to look for excuses not to do what i have essentially pain for. they seem to be a bunch of ****s and cheats! i would not recommend this scheme to my worst enemy
