Death of Son

On 12 May 2014 my son was supposed to be admitted to the Kloof hospital, but because of a reputation of bad payments by medshield, even after receiving an authorization number, Kloof declined admittance for my son We were then referred to The Zuid Afrikaans Hospital who accepted the admittance. On 13 May at 14h10 my son died. Jonathan Dhayanand was supposed to come back to me with a full report/Investigation report and to date had done no such thing. I have not been a member of Medshield since August 2014 and to date I keep getting emails/sms' that hospitalization for my son has been approved, or emails stating that certain claims are being put through. My son has been dead for nearly 11 months now. I have left numerous phone messages and have sent numerous emails but have had NO response from Jonathan or any other person from Medshield. I also have two \suppliers"who are contacting me for money that was unpaid by the medical aid - these are two suppliers that were desperately trying to save my son"
