DAY LIGHT ******* DEFINITELY NOT MEDICAL PAID FOR
SO MY GRAND MOTHER WENT FOR FOLLOW UP BLOOD TEST THAT WAS REQUESTED BY THE DOCTOR HER SAVING ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEPLETED THE DOCTOR DID INCLUDE HTE ICD 10 CODED RELATING TO THE CHRONIC CONDITION THE MONTLY STATEMENT INDICATED THAT THERE ARE AVAILABLE TEST IN THE CHRONIC BASKET OF CARE I WANT THE SCHEME TO INFORM US HOW WILL THIS CLAIM BE PROCESSED CORRECTLY URGENTLY. With reference to your Hello Peter Complaint received on the 13/12/2017.kindly be advised as follow:
The pathology account from Du Buisson, Bruinette, Kramer Inc ,practice number *** ,treatment date 12/09/2017 , tariff code 4171& 4528 ,amount of R 398.20 has been approved to be paid as PMB In full and account has been reversed and reprocessed to be paid on the next payment run. Tariff code 4094 ,amount of R 51.10 has been denied to be funded as PMB hence it has been rejected as benefit used up.
