My husband joined Medshield in January 2026.for him by the company and for me, he was paying R2100 for each and decided to cancel mine on the 28 February 2026 as they wanted me to wait 3 months before using the services. They confirmed cancellation via email. in March the double debited his account he called them and they acknowledged their mistake. But now they do not want to give him his refund yet i am off the medical aid . its stories after stories its fastrating , as they took it last month making his salary not to cover most his bills.
