Complete dissatisfaction
From day one, I have had nothing but problems with every aspect of my new membership to this medical aid. Now, when I required a routine procedure, after seeking authorisation for more than 1 hour, and being told, no authorisation was required, the claim was rejected. This is really basic incompetence!

29 May 2018, 10:165 working days is a very long time. I would expect, at the very least to be given the contact details for the CEO, or another high ranking employee of the medical aid.

Practice name Sneider(radiology) ,practice number *** , treatment date 11/05/2018, dependent 00 Louise Katherine ,amount charged R 1,743.10 and amount to be paid on the next payment run R 1,705.54.
Short fall is on the napi code 444877 where we paid up to scheme rate.
