complaint against Garth Krieger and Medshield for not refunding us

I write this email as a complaint on how Medshield has treated us for our refund, not only did one of their consultants by the name of Garth Krieger promise that our money will be refunded within 5 working days, but this did not also happen that we have completed all documentation accordingly. I requested their manager call me and explain what is going on a few days ago, to date we have not received any information regarding our query, it has been three weeks we have been waiting.

I am going to have to escalate this to the Ombudsman for medical aids or the HPCSA, even Hello Peter of how you treat people the reference is: Refund - *******7713 [MI***], my cell phone number is ***
