COMPLAINT - ADD BENEFICIARY
I am trying to add my mom as a dependant since December 2018.
She is currently a member at Medshield since 2016 and all I want to do is transfer her to me as a dependant. I have been emailing all the forms as requested but when I follow up the same forms is required over and over again. Also I don't see why there need to be a waiting period and why she had to be loaded on her premium.
All I want to do is someone to assist me load her please, not wait another month.
