Co payements for everything

I went in Medirite Bloemfontein to collect my prescription medicine for the month. Usually I paid a extra amount of 49 and now i am paying 189. No one told me i am going to pay so much extra, my medical aid went up and now i am paying more per month and for my chronic medicine also over 150 extra.

I am tired for the bad service and all the payments. Last time I paid over 6000 for a amount that was refused to be paid by medshield even though I was in hospital.

Now I paid 189 extra for my chronic medicine. I already paid for the month of January so I will not pay anymore for medshield. I will stop my debit order asap.

I have never seen such a bad medical aid with all the payments. This time medshield went to far.

I paid for January and will not pay anymore. So pls make sure the debit order will not go off anymore. I will not give a months notice cause Medshield did not tell me I must make use of a other pharmacy cause paying 150 extra for chronic medicine after my medical aid went up.

Pls send me a confirmation that medical aid will be cancelled at end of January 2019.

I am done with medshield.
