Claims still not paid...... no contact from CEO
There is something extremely wrong at this place..... Due to IT problems - thats been going on for more than a month - they cannot settle claims - sounds like an awfully convenient excuse to me!!! Just funny how the IT problem did not affect their ability to collect my premiums on time every time! I've requested more than once for the CEO to contact me, but nothing! Hiding away it seems? This is not medical AID - its a Medical nightmare! I am so greatfull that I moved medical aid's - best thing i couldve done for myself. Please settle my claims so that I never have to deal with you again!
