CLAIMS STILL NOT PAID

Medshield is useless, this is my 3rd complaint about the same thing. My wife uses Serdep and was approved since july for her to come with her cronic meds. Medshield is telling me that they been trying since july to do the claims but they have technical errors. Well there internal problems is not my problems, I need them to pay the claims. Friday Optipham again claims our cronic meds and again my wife's serdep was rejected and not paid. Now I received a SMS from Optipharm to say that our chronic meds will only be released for delivery after all the arrears since july has been paid in full. So no chronic meds for me and my wife because Medshield DON'T DO THEIR WORK. Then they got the cheak to increase the membership fees with 9.90% from January that I really don't think they deserve to do, because they don't delivery the service they should and the really don't care about there members at all. They will have to go learn from some other companies what a really caring company is.. This is unacceptable, and BAD BAD service and Medshield is giving me now a bad name with Optipharm because Medshield don't pay the claims.
