claims all rejected

this is the second time I have having issues with this medical aid as nothing seems to be covered when I'm paying so much every month for my family and I. The medical aid lies and states benefits but when you submit the claim all gets declined. my scans, my bloodwork all declined for maternity benefits and the excuses I receive doesn't even make sense there is no level of care of empathy from medical aid they just expect you to pay high premiums every month but fail you when you need to make use of the service. this is my 4th pregnancy but the 1st time using Medshield I never had these issues with my previous medical aid. this is very poor service and very misleading info provided by the agents and policy documents.
