Claim rejected several times

I am one of their clients, when you take up the medical aid they promise to pay for the package the way it is, but when you claim, they keep rejecting your claim, even knowing very well that you are covered, and you are not allowed to speak to the person that rejected your claim. I really regret joining this medical aid. I have been with several medical aids they never gave me so much issues, I am currently looking for another one, I am really disappointed, when they debit your money they don't complain
